Agreement and services

These terms govern your use of gxrmarketing.net. GxR Marketing provides advertising management, ad creative, landing pages, and lead follow-up services for contracting businesses. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.

SMS Messaging Program

GxR Marketing (operated by Orion Granfield) sends text messages to people who opt in via our contact form at gxrmarketing.net/contact. Message types include replies to inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and, only with separate marketing consent, promotional offers about our marketing services.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to our number or reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us. To rejoin, text START.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program and use this website.
